We pack and dispatch orders as quickly as possible after payment confirmation. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery times may vary by location, courier workload, and weather conditions. Once your order leaves our facility, we will share tracking details where available so you can monitor the shipment.

If an item is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us right away with your order number so we can help resolve it.

Return Policy

Because our products are food items, returns are limited to unopened, unused, and undamaged items reported within 7 days of delivery.

If you receive the wrong item or an order arrives damaged, contact us with clear photos and your order details. We will review the issue and arrange a fair solution as quickly as possible.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened food products unless they were delivered incorrectly or damaged in transit.
